So as you see in the video you want to make the end of the wing while you are not stretching out your eye.
Then you want to stretch your eye taught and start from the middle of your eye and start drawing a straight line to the middle of the wing point you already made. Make it as thick or thin as you want.
After this start at your inner corner and draw another straight line to the middle of your eye.
Then if you're using liquid eyeliner I suggest going over it with Black eyeliner so it doesn't bleed and stays a perfect line.
